Urwin

Malron’s Account

Urwin Martikov keeps the bar at the Blue Water Inn in Vallaki, with his wife Danika, and welcomed us the first night we came to town13. When Izek ransacked the inn looking for Ireena, breaking a window and stealing coins, we found Urwin sweeping up the glass, only relieved that we were safe; we gave gold to help put things right20.

Later he called each of us to the bar in turn with a worry: the inn’s wine comes from the Wizard of Wines vineyard, the last shipment was sixteen days late, and he feared for his father, Davian Martikov. He sent Muriel Vinshaw to guide us there28. We found Davian driven from the vineyard by the druids and their blights, and learned that father and son both belong to the Keepers of the Feather, who work against Strahd2930.
